panic and brain tumor

hi  I've had a headache for about a week now and i'm getting real scared that i may have a brain tumor. I'm starting to have panic attacks about it. I went to see my doctor and he said he thinks the headache from stress and gave me advil and sent me home
the advil did nothing for the headache and now i'm panicing
my headache feels like I have a lot of pressure in my head mostly on the left side but not really pain full It feels like i'm wearing a hair band around my head to tightly from ear to ear
Iam so scared what sould i do?

I am not certain if you had medical tests done to prove a physical cause to your current symptoms.

However, anxiety can manifest itself in many forms, including physical symptoms. Panic attacks, a form of anxiety, can be characterized by symptoms such as palpitations, pounding heart, accelerated heart rate and chest pain or discomfort among many other symptoms.

Panic attacks are disrete episodes that reach a peak intensity within seconds or minutes and usually subside in minutes to hours. When panic attacks are recurrent and lead to persistent worry about having additional attacks, or worry about the implications of the attack(such as losing control), or cause a significant change in behavior, the diagnosis of Panic Disorder is considered. It is difficult for me to say whether the symptoms you experience are related to anxiety, a medical condition or possibly both.

I advise that you re-consult your physician for a thorough medical examination including blood tests. If all tests are negative of any physical cause, a consult a psychiatrist for an evaluation.

No I haven't had any tests done My doctor just gave me a exam
I have sufferd from panic attacks for 9 years now they come and
go they get alot worse when i worried about being sick
I spent all night having hot flashes feeling of throwing up
I still have a mild pressure like headache which is still scaring
me to death My son has a brain tumor. Iam so scared I don't know
what to do I don't want my kids to see me like this.
Could my headache be from a brain tumor or from all this worring
of a brain tumor I know I must sound nuts to you but i'm real
scared

Please if you have time please read my last post I'm still very worried it is now Wed. and I still have a headache that wont go away I've gone to the doctors a second time all he did was an other quick neuro exam and sent me home .

Hi, I know this hasn't been posted on in a while, but I'd still like some help.

I have had headaches for the past two months, seemingly non-stop. My headaches go away with advil or tylenol, but I don't want to keep taking it every night. I just recently (I'd say over the course of the past 2-3 weeks) began having headaches in the afternoon and at night, but my neck is also out of line a little; I have been going to the chiropractor for that.

I just had a CT scan done in July and everything was clear, but I'm still scared. Do I have any reason to be scared that a tumor might have shown up or am I just being overly anxious?

Please help!
