I'm not a doctor, nor a pharmacist nor any kind of professional.  I have had experience with antidepressants though.  I wanted to tell you that pharmaceutical companies are well aware of many dangerous side effects that can adversely affect your health but do not inform dr.s or the public because of money.  Even dr.s are not aware of them since they receive their information from the pharmaceutical companies.  
Each person is different so to say that if one of your symptoms is not a side effect because it's not listed on the drug's insert is narrow minded.  It could be the drug, it may not but don't discount it because a dr. said so.  They are only human, they certainly make mistakes all the time.
