really worried

my queastion is  i have really bad anxiety and panic attack's, i worried that i had a brain tumor becuz of headache's got numbness and tingling and i also have a pupil that dialates bigger than the other. with intense headache or not so intense.  i was had a doctor release a lot of tension in my neck that made the worse of my headache's go away. but i still got them to some extent,he also gave me a cat scan and physical therapy. cat scan showed no reason 4 problem's. now i am worried about an anuerysm or nuerlogical problem. my doctor dont see any problems yet and say it's all stress related. so my question 2 u is how common would it be for people to have this with it bein stressed induced.

the anxiety and panic attacks are definetly stress induced. The headaches are often a symptom of stress, but only a good neurological examination can rule out something like a brain tumor.
