Your fellow forum mates have given you some good sound information...the key is to taper off slowly, and if you are still having symptoms, go back to the 7,5 for a few days, then stop again...be sure and do this under your doctor's supervision.
coming of antidepressants can cause withdrawals that differ from patient to patient, the key is to come of very slowly, if you are still having problems try cutting the 15mg tab in half and tale it for a week, thats what I did and it helped no end

This too shall pass. I've gone off remeron twice. The first time I tapered off too quickly and went right back on it. The second time was in October and I tapered very slowly. I had flu-like symptoms and very headachey. I was living on rice just to keep something in my system. After a while, I started to feel better. It is important to note that not once did I feel depressed or overly anxious during this time. My spirits were pretty good and I did take ativan periodically but not on a daily basis. All in all, I did pretty well and you will too if you give it some time. I probably would have decreased the remeron right down to 7.5 mg, if I were you, but you didn't so don't worry, keep a positive outlook and I'm sure you will start feeling better soon. I think it took me about 2 months before I was feeling really good. I fully believe that if you keep thinking positively, it will help.
I've weaned off remeron 30 mg. twice before with no real problems. I did it as a slow taper down. Did you Dr. put you on a tapering down schedule? I know that you're not supposed to taper down too quickly...
You can do a search on this forum for remeron tapering - you'll find some valuable info. that you can then present to your Dr. for his/her opinion.
I hope you feel better soon...
