sexual arosal mental to go to women

When I was alone i.e. in the absence of women I am suffering from sexual arosal problem. But when I am going out and wants to talk about to the women I think, the whole thing goes of and I didn't communicate. That means I will be in pain all my time. Is there any physiological,  hormonal, and any other means which leads to such missmatch? Or any environmental and/or social impact will have such missmatch.

The mismatch is between your imagination and the reality of women as people. You have to learn how to be with and enjoy the person, then the arousal that is pent up will follow.
