sexual arousal unexpected

I was diagnosed with OCD, which mainly presents through obsessive thoughts.  I recently was watching a disturbing rape scene in a movie and noticed that I was sexually aroused briefly.  I have been thinking about it ever since and have been very upset.  Am I terrible person; what is going on?

Responding to different kind of sexual stimuli involving aggression is just part of being human, it has nothing to do with being good or bad.  Its part of your  animal inheritance.  What makes you human, and measurable by values, is what you do in relationship to yourself and others.

Just so you know, I've read and seen on TV that it's not rare for a woman to fantasize about a rape scene. NOT SAYING THAT SHE WANTS TO BE RAPED!!! It's just saying what the doctor said, there are many ways to be stimulated and in rape scenes a lot of power a force are used. The women are attracted to the power and the men like being in power. PLEASE, dont't think I'm saying anyone wants to be raped, because I know it's a horrible experiance. It's simply a fantacy that some couples act out and are very arroused by it. Your not alone or a bad person.
