testicular pain

hi, i am 16 and i never had sex my through out the last summer i had small ammounts of pain in my left testicle as i was laying down once or twice a week before going to bed then at the end of the summer i sat down and my left testicle hurt a lot i massaged the tubes above to ease the pain and it helped and in about 3 minutes after it stopped, since then the pain had gone away and happens as a weak discomfort and is appearing less and less, is this serious or what ever it was passed? i have made a small theory of my own which makes me think this was some sort of alergy (allergy) as throughout the summer i drank pepsi at least once a day and on the day my testicly hurt a lot i actualy drank like 3 cans which when school resumed i stopped and drink once a month or so.

I can guarantee you it is not an allergy, and probably not a mental health issue, and probably a result of some twisting that takes place, and your family doctor should examine you and make the proper diagnosis......
