tired of it

I have been feeling bad for about three years.  At first I thought I had something wrong with myself.  I have no insurance, and cant get good medical attention.  I noticed that I had a bunch of swollen glands on my back neck and head all on the right side of my body.  I've also had shingles, I've had blood work done and nothing seemed wrong.  I still constanly feel bad worry, and have no energy.  I figure nothing serious could be wrong or within three years I would probally show some real symptoms.  I graduated college three years ago and seemed to be on my way to a good life, but since then I've worried, felt bad and done nothing but waste time. i never feel suicidal, but I do wonder if this situation will ever get better when I think about how long it's has been affecting my life. I have started back to school to get another degree, but my grades have went from a 3.5 to 2.5 average per semester.  I know I dont study as much, but I never feel like I can concentrate.
