weird things happened

doctor i have a problem. when ever i close my eyes when i sleep or almost unconscious (almost fall asleep).
i started to imagine things and talk in my mind without my control, against my will. its like i can't control it.

i don't know if these problem was the cause.

1.)i have deviated septum
2.) my whole back aches, from my pelvic up to my neck. i don't know if its affects my brain.?
3.) i can't let go of this woman that i like. when i started not to like her. i started to have nightmares, and i always dream of her. nightmare or dream shes there.

Everything you describe tells me you have an active unresolved issue in your mind, probably about this woman, and although you try to put it out of your mind and comes back when your mind is in the transition to sleep...find a way to talk to someone about this issue until you come to some place of resolution...you may be able to get some help thinking this through with one of the "sessions" at my website www.myvirtualshrink.  there is a session there about dealing with ex- girlfriends or boyfriends that may help you think this thing through.
