6 days on 30mg cymbalts and i feel like a speed freak..

is this normal? i litterally feel like im taking a lot of speed, i cant sleep at all, should i stop? or is this a normal part of getting used to the drug?

called doc, he gave me some effexor xr to try, and some ambien cr.

I am glad you called the doc. did he stop the cymbalta or jsut add the effexor to it? Let me know how the ambien works for you.

stopped the cymbalta, ambien gave me 7 hours :) good sleep

Cymbalta had the same effect on me.  I take Wellbutrin & lexapro but may need to try something different as I have been extremely depressed since going off my pain meds.  I hope you find something that can work for you too.
