A little help?

I'm manic depressive, and recently I haven't been feeling too good. I've been having a lot of panic attacks because of this, and I can't eat/sleep/think straight. I'm constantly feeling low and I can't get myself out of this bad time. Everything's going wrong in my life, and I can't stop myself from self harming. I have some things with me right now, to end my life with, but I'm scared. I don't think I want to..but what choice do I have? Please, someone, can you talk to me? I'm feeling lost...

Thanks. I went to the doctors surgery earlier. He's going to ''assess the situation...'' I don't think they believe I'm this low, even after my attempts.

You need to see a psychiatrist ASAP! I'm BP2, and you should have a pdoc follow you. Are you on meds? If you aren't, you must realize that BP folks can't cope well without meds.  Get to your local ER and get re-stabilized, until you get the help you are going to get the nasty swings, and they will get worse. You have to stay on meds, the stats aren't good for folks who go off and on repeatedly. I really suggest you go to your local hospital immediately.
