I really don't know whats going on with me, but i get irrated so easily. mood swings, anxiety, feel depressed and stressed. Mostly, I can't control my anger. If i got really mad, it's like i want to kill someone in my own hands and I can't sleep early. 4am in the morning i'm still awake doing nothing just think, think and think of something. I hate being ignored, not appreciated. sometimes, i'm nagging of somethings not perfect. I always seek of attention and lastly, i'm afraid of being hurt, and being left.
Sometimes i think of maybe, i need a therapist or psychiatrist.
Please, help me. Maybe you know some medication that can help me?
Hi Arcle, what i sence from what you wrote is that you are seeking self realization from the outside and also your not at that place in life you want to be.
One thing that you will learn in life is that you are all you have when all the dust settles. People and things come and go and if you continue to seek gratification from the outthere, you will be for ever chasing your tail.
You cant force people to see you as you see yourself and another word for attention is respect. With respect, it has to be earned.
You should establish some real goals in your life. You mention 4am thinking. Are you thinking of ways to be a financial success or ways to bring happyness to sad and suffering people?
God could have made us all alone but instead chose to have other people on the same planet as we are. Get involved with society, maybe be a paramedic or firman or other great endeavor to add hope to these other people that we live with every day.
