Any advice for relief of depersonalization symptoms

by brett14, Oct 25, 2008 03:10PM
My name is Brett and I am 39 years old. I am having Depersonalization symptoms (constantly feeling like I am on the outside looking in or watching myself). I have tried everything to help myself but nothing seems to work. I already have OCD and I don't know if that is making it worse. My symptoms began when I found out I was getting a divorce last October and had to leave my family and home. I went into a deep depression and then the DP began. How do I get better?
