Any one been on Lamotrigine for depression?

Thanks for posting.
Have bad track record with weight gain or cardio side effects.
Will give these a try.
I'm on citalopram just now which are great depression wise but cause weight gain, nightmares and excessive sleep.
How were u for side effects ? Thanks

I was on Lamictal for a couple of years and it was a great medicine for me.  Excellent mood stabilizer in my opinion.  Finding a therapeutic level took a little while and you have to go up slowly with Lamictal but  I think it is a good med.
