I wonder if by the time I have written this reply this may have changed but in case it didn't.
Sometimes a side effect may seem like a medicine side effect and sometimes it may also be a side effect of other things that may or may not be related to the medicine. Say for instance that a person starts taking a pill that gives them bigger feet and they don't notice that there shoes are tighter. That person might ask if the medicine they are taking can make a persons toes hurt.
That is a funny way of saying yes the medicine could be having an impact on your toes but it may just be because your feet are growing :)

Very sleepy but isn't helping with my sleep its causing me loads of anxiety at night time x
