Can I take Tryptophan pills?

I'm on Lorazepan 2,5mg, Paroxetine 10mg, Seroquel 200mg, Risperidone 0,5mg, per day.
Eventhough I feel sad and depressed.
Can I try to take Tryptophan pills?

I think I would seek the opinion of a well qualified psychiatrist regarding medications.  You've got quite the cocktail there and I don't feel adding more medication is the answer.

It might be time to find a new Psychiatrist. Is that an option for you? Please do not add anything to what your already taking. It could be dangerous.
