Can You Help?

so i'm in the worst phases of my depression lately and my eating habits have flown out the window. i don't want to eat or talk to my family i just want to sleep and start the next day. i start crying randomly for no reason all the time and hurl my body into walls and things. i feel empty like ii shouldn't be here and just want to give up. i just want someone to push me over the edge, i deserve it.
i'm too scared to talk to someone like a doctor and i've spoken to teachers but they don't do anything. i feel like i'm not going to last much longer everythings falling apart. i'm drowning and about to give up.
Can you please help me ?

Hello. First off, no one deserves to live this way. And although things may seem hopeless, there is help available. Depending on your condition, you may benefit from medication, therapy, or even treatment for a physical condition, as sometimes these symptoms come from other than neurological disorders. Yes, reaching out for help can be scary, but the fear will lessen once you take that first step. What are you actually afraid of? Do you have any known existing conditions? You sound young since you are talking about teachers. You need to go see a psychiatrist.

It would be like having cancer and blaming yourself and not getting treatment....

You have an illness its not your fault, get treatment. If you are on treatment its not the right one or you have the wrong diagnosis.
