Can this be anxiety

I currently have been taking ativan for 5 yrs as needed for anxiety and panic attacks. For the past yr my symptoms have went away, but all of a sudden have seemed to resurface. My heart keeps skipping beats or I can feel one large hard beat in my chest. I then take my ativan when this happens but it doesn't seem to be stopping it. I notice that my heart does this when im cleaning the house or doing laundry. I know it's not my heart I am only 29 and a few yrs back when this all started I went to see a heart dr to rule the possibilty out. Usually when I burp my heart beat seem to go back to normal it almost feels like I swallowed to much air or something. Has this happened to anyone else before, or is there anything I can do to get rid of this problem. Please let me know

Does doing housework make you anxious?  Do  you use strong cleaning fluids?
Your symptoms could very well be anxiety or a reaction to something that your body reacts to.
The symptoms are common to anxiety.

No strong cleaning products. Maybe im subconcsiously thinking about things as im cleaning which is triggering this to happen? Either way it is not a pleasent feeling.

Would be also good to know if this happens with any physical activity or just with specific ones like cleaning the house.
