Can't sleep properly

Hello,

Since few months I am unable to sleep continuesly for at least 8 hours. I will go to bed around 10.30pm and get slept early too but at around 4 am I will wake up and after that I am unable to sleep. Also, its very difficult to come out of bed in the morning. I don't know what to do. Due to this in day time my mood is no good towards the work and other things.

Doctor suggested me ELIWEL 10MG tabs for 10 days. But these tabs also not working for me fully. Please suggest.

Rozerem is one option that is an FDA approved medication that is a sleep aide that works like melatonin to adjus the sleep cycle. I've taken it and you don't feel it the next day. You could ask your psychiatrist if that is a possibility.
