Celexa and Male fertility issues

Hello,
I have been reading that Celexa has various effects on male fertility. Some of these issues being RE and increased semen DNA fragmentation. I have also read that by stopping the medication the effects may be reversed. My wife and I are have been trying to concieve and we are trying to find a solution. I have been Taking Celexa for over a year with good results and I am afraid to stop taking it or switching to something else. I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations and feedback in general.
