Conversion disorder with muscle weakness

I am not sure where to post this question. Trying two forums - Depression and Anxiety. I have been just diagnosed with the conversion disorder which manifests itself like myopathy or myasthenia. I have profound muscle weakness in the major muscles of my arms and legs, weak back and facial muscles, poor vision due to trouble focusing and double vision at a distance. I am also generally weak and unable to tolerate any physical exertion. The thing perfectly mimicks a neuromuscular disease, it gradually worsens over the last 6 years and shows no signs of getting better. I was told by the doctors I have a rarest manifestation of CD ever seen. I wonder if anybody has the same form of CD and what treatment works best for it. I am taking an antidepressant, tranquilizer and a neuroleptic drug, doing physical therapy and having psychotherapy sessions. All of which are useless (except, maybe, a bit of PT exercises). I feel like psychotherapy is just a plain waste of my time and money, since I have never had any psychological conflicts or trauma whatsoever. I would be grateful if anybody could share his/her experience in battling this awful CD with muscle weakness.
