Rinse the cuts with peroxide 3-4 times a day and buy some butter-fly bandaids so you can pull the together, but keep them covered.  Change the bandages twice a day.  Odor occurs when there is an infection, along with redness, and swelling.  If they aren't oozing, or look really inflamed, I feel you will be fine with the peroxide and keeping them covered for about a week.  Hope this helps!

If they smell bad and are red and inflammed you could have staph infection which can turn very serious very fast! You could lose your limbs from staph and it can turn fatal. Please go get those checked out today!

I have been keeping themas clean as possible.  I have running a low grade fever and been sweating.  There is some yellow/green oozing coming from most of the wounds.  I see my dr on thursday. But I had seen someone at the ER and they didn't really look at them mush!  Refused to stitch then and never even cleaned them.  I also have some skin between to cuts that is gray and didn't have and any feeling.  I have trying to keeping cleaning

See your general doctor instead of going to the ER. It does sound like you have an infection and just keeping it clean is not enough. You already know you probably need medicine for the infection.

I agree, sounds like an infection. Don't wait and see someone as soon as you can.

Fever indicates infection along with the oozing.  Call your doctor and see if you can see him/her sooner, I'm sure with what's going on they will see you first thing Monday morning.

It is starting to sound like you are avoiding getting help. You obviously need to see a doctor, any doctor.

If you are seeing your doctor tomorrow, (Thursday) be waiting in the parking lot when they open and tell them you have an emergency, because you do. Your arm(s) are infected, they are oozing, they have an odor and you have a fever. The infection must be stopped as soon as possible. If it gets into your bloodstream you will become septic and that can be fatal. I don't want to scare you, I want you to get the urgent care you need and which should have been given to you when you went back to the ER. That they didn't clean your wounds and rebandage them is inexscusable and you need to let your doctor know how you were treated there.
(Wounds that are more than 24-48 hours olds are almost never stitched. It has to do with the skin at the edges of the wounds which is already healing but is "weaker" than older skin. The sutures can easily tear out. Also, the scar is much greater)
If you can't reach your doctor, or any doctor on the phone tonight, call your local pharmacist and tell him/her what is happening. No, they are not doctors, but they know much more than just how to count pills. They can give you some professional advice about to do until you see your doctor IN THE MORNING! I'm guessing they will tell you to wash it with peroxide or perhaps just hot water and soap, to wrap it loosely in clean bandages and possibly take some aspirin for the fever and pain. But make sure you tell the pharmacist about every single medication you may be on. There are some which cannot be taken with aspirin. They will also probably tell you to watch your temperature closely and go to the ER if it gets over a certain point.
Let us know how you're doing, OK.

Ok so I saw the dr she's amazing.  She cleaned all wounds very carefully, even went as far as to squeeze out the poison.  She stitch one as it had hit a vein and get bleeding!  I am on oral meds as well as medical cleaner and medical cream.  I also am on the the list for hospitalization to fix the underlying issue for actually cutting myself, which I do not recommend since I have done some major damage to myself.
Thanks for all your help everone!
xoxo
