Cymbalta and seroquel xr

Hi I am new here and have a few questions that maybe someone can help me with. I have depression, anxiety, and fibromyalga (fibromyalgia), and the list goes on... I was on celexa which stopped working for depression, so I was put on Cymbalta which at first seemed to help the fibro and depression. Well, I have been in a deep depression again for over a month and the fibro pain is worse it has ever been. Doc gave me lyrica and I had a reaction to it, that was for the fibro also. So today when I told him that things are going downhill and I want off the cymbalta and put on something else he tells me to stay on cymbalta and gives me seroquel xr and ultram. I am wondering if anyone here has been on this combo of meds. I have taken ultram before, but never with seroquel and cymbalta. I would like advice. Thanks
