DEPRESSION & ANGER

I NEVER TALK ABOUT MY PROBLEMS & TEND TO KEEP IT INSIDE LOCKED SO THAT MY WEAKNESS WOULDN'T SHOW TO OTHERS, WHICH MAKES IT A LOT WORSE, EVERYTIME I TRY TO THINK POSITIVE I TAKE 10 STEPS BACKWARD I'M ANGRY ALL THE TIME & SOMETIMES I JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT LIVING ANYMORE, I CAN'T FIND 1 REASON. I LOST MY LOVE, I HATE MY JOB, I STEPPED AWAY FROM MY FRIENDS & I CAN'T SEE OR THINK CLEARLY. IT'S TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE.

Sounds like you need to get help now. I don't know how old you are, if you are an adult , or younger. When you start feeling like there is nothing to live for, that is your wake up call to get help. Depression will manifest itself as anger, it will come out as anger. You can feel angy at the world all the time and everything can seem really messed up, your outlook on the world, how you feel about your friends, your overwhelming feelings about lost love. You can literally spend years angry and unhappy. Don't let it keep you a prisoner. It may take as long as 6weeks to start feeling better on depression medicine , but it will be worth it. One day after you have been on your meds for two to six weeks you will start feeling better and be able to handle your life again and you will find love again. But first love yourself and get yourself some help. Get a depression screening and find out if depression is all you have going on. Make sure you are in good physical health too. Several things can cause depression. A chemical inbalance is just one of the many things that can cause you to feel angry all the time . Good luck.

hey also your anger and  depression is most likely a chemical imbalance in your brain and you can not help it.Don't feel like it is a weakness. Your brain is a part of your body like anything else so sometimes you need to get medical treatment for your brain too.If you broke your leg you would get help and see a doctor right, well depression and anger  are real reasons to see a doc and get help too. you would be shocked at how many people feel just like you and keep everything locked up inside them, we all do it. but you need to be good to yourself and open up to a doctor and get to feeling better. so hang in there and get some help.
