DON'T KNOW WHAT GOING ON

I HAVE HAD MANIC DEPRESSION ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO. MARRIAGE FOR 23 YEARS,  I'M 47 AND NOW I DON'T KNOW IF I LOVE MY WONDERFUL WIFE. I  TOLD HER THAT I LOVE HER USE TO BE FRIEND, WHY I DON;T KNOW, BUT I TOLD MY WIFE THAT I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS WOMAN, AND DON'T KNOW WHY HELP

I REALLY Cant answer and possibly cannot help. But This is wrecking her life. IF you did love her explain to her that you love her but not in love and possilby never loved the way you should have loved, that you want her to move on and not get hurt by you anymore. IF you are depressed get some sort of antidepressant probably the kind you used that helped before. The new woman was never your wifes true friend (think about it!) if she would have been she would have never gotten with anybody and hurt her friend remind your wife of that when you are getting the DIVORCE.
