Daytime Sleepiness

I cannot seem to kick the Daytime sleepiness. I am taking 40 mg, fluoxetine, 150 bupropion. When I was  on the bupropion with lamictal it seemed like I had less of this sleepiness.

Is there a possibility that lamictal may help?  Anyone with experience on this?  Should I up the fluoxetine, up the bupropion, switch bupropion for lamictal , add lamictal, up bupropion?

Thoughts?

i just started on fluoxetine and it depends on when you take it, if your taking it in the morning then switching to the evenings should solve the problem.

The bupropion could be increased to 300mg to help with daytime sleepiness. I don't think the sleepiness is caused by being on fluoxetine rather than Lamictal but it's more likely that you developed a tolerance to bupropion.

Any change in your medications and/or dosage must be addressed with a qualified physician.
