Deppression or serotonin syndrom(syndrome)

I love medhelp ok so last year i had an bad ecstacy trip went to the emergancy room cuz for days i couldnt sleep eat or function correctly i had cold n warm flashes!the nurse explained to me what might of happend that my serotonin level might of gone to low i was deppressed at the time and the drug lifted my mood n dropped it low super low! So ever since then i been working hArd on building serotonin up n staying away from drugs i was fine thank god at last. But recently i been lagging sleep i love my sleep so i decided i had to do something so since i live in ****** south central los angeles my dumn *** friends said hey buddie we should take u to the medical marijuana shop so u can b a midnight tocker n get ur sleep. I said i dont know i dont wan mess with drugs but sleep was my consern so i tryd it , wow it worked like a charm so 2 months october november 2 months straight midnight tokeing it untile this passed monday i smoked a blunt bye my self and i a bad experience i tripped out its been a week n i feel like my ecstacy bad trip gittery cold n hot flashes stomach hurts confussed diahrea im eating correct but i was conserned about my serotonin again :( hope this goes away i dont wAnt to die i feel really deppressed really low i still have a sence of humor but it  omes n goes during the days !there are times im suicidal an times i feel wrong in my brain i would never hurt my self but the mental thought hurt!i dont want to use any drugs anymore i reAd a article about serotonin syndrome n all the symptoms i have im freAking out i dont want to die i am 21 years old i love life im a massage therApist so i know my body n my body is not functioning as it should ! Medhelp really helped me last year i need your opinions help me! Love you guys plz iz it depression or serotonin syndrome plz medhelp
