Depresion moodd

i feel very bad mood........headache,dizzy,headfeel heavry all time ifeel anxiety going out eye became weak
i taking dcotor medicine 3 year but last 1 year really bad for me.doctor medicine cannot control my depresion
i aslo worm in anus that may cause headache ,dizzyness,last 6 month that may this problem or this depresion cause problem

It is easy enough to treat worms.  If that is a problem then treat that.
I would try psychotherapy or talk-therapy with the meds.

I would see your doctor.  Worms can be treated with over the counter meds but you should talk to your doctor about it.  Worms, I think, are more likely to make you feel tired.

If the medicine is not helping your depression then you need to go back and talk to them.  They may change the dose of medicine or the type of medicine or even just add another.
Talk-therapy would also be helpful.

I would recommend that you talk to your doctor.
