Depression, fatigue and night tremmors

by serene64, Nov 06, 2009 12:36AM
My husband has been diagnosed with acute depression and anxiety.Never having any meds before .He has been put on Esitalo. Week 1and 2, 10 milligrams. Then week 3, 20 milligrams. Week 4, 40 milligrams. Since the diagnosis he has had trouble sleeping .I think it could be due to night tremor that I had noticed two weeks prier to him becoming sick these seem to wake him. He is extremely fatigued since the dosage of meds was increased .Could this be a side  effect of the meds or the illness? Night tremor still need to be investigated as nothing like this is occurring during the day.

I had night tremors when I was first diagnosed with severe depression.  They would wake my husband who called my psyc.  He said it was just all the stress inside me, but they quickly stopped.  That was many years ago.  I never knew if it was the medicine or just coincidental.
