Depression with Insomnia?

I'm 18, I'm clinically depressed and right now take about forty mg of fluxoteine (generic prozac). My psychiatrist has been trying to help me find something that might help me fall asleep, we've tried what she said was basically all of the sleeping medications, to anti anxiety/muscle relaxants, to now anti psychotics to see if those might bring me to be sleepy. Has anyone had luck with a sleep facility or anything? I'm pretty desperate, I am lucky to fall asleept before 4 or 5am, and then I'm so tired I just want to sleep all day. Even if I get up with only a few hours of sleep, the next night I STILL can't fall asleep despite being physically or mentally tired. I've tried relaxation excercises, sleep excercizes, meditation, sleeping with a tv on, sleeping without a tv, earplugs, eye masks, I mean I feel like i've exhausted all my options, anyone have any luck with anything else?

Have you tried things like Xanax, Ativan, Vallium? Or Ambien? If these have failed you might want to try a cold medication like sudafed. While not intended for sleep it might help. The bad thing with depression and insomnia, is the meds to help you sleep can make depression worse and increase the risk of suicide.
