i use to get this way. you have to find something to occupy your time. i use to stay in the house a lot. i still do at times. but i get out and enjoy myself. if you have to write your thoughts in a jounral. but you must find some innerstrengh to keep going. if you keep beind depressed go see a doctor. to get some medication to help. to control what you are feeling. i had a friend that takes medication for this and shes ok. long time ago i was on some to and it does help out.
I am sorry to hear you are feeling depressed. Have you been to see a local doctor or a psychologist before? I think it might be a good idea if you haven't to make sure there isn't something physically wrong such as thyroid and to help you get back on your feet and back the old self. Depression can be very hard so i really hope you can get some help and you can work through it with someone and feel better soon.
