Depression

Hey everyone I just have a quick question I've been on birth control for almost a year now and I get depressed alot, one minute ill be fine n the next minute I hate myself, my life and everyone in it, I feel like I'm not worth anything and dont want to be alive anymore, I dont know if being on the pill could be why I feel this way? When my bf n I first got together I wasnt on bc yet for the first 3 months and I was happy everyday I was living on cloud 9 but it seems like ever since I started bc I'm not happy n hate life now, I'm only in a good mood on wkds when were drinking.

The birth control has a part of these feelings. the pill is a hormone, kind of tricking your body that it is pregnant, therefore not letting you get pregnant. the feelings u have are as of the mood swings of a pregnant woman.

I do not know the denfinite answer to this the best advise may be to go off them to see if that helps.
