I went thourgh about 10 meds befroe I got on the right combo for my bi polar.
There are lots of things you can do to help lift the depression.
6 small meals aday.Friuts ,veggies, and lean protiens, NO sugar or caffiene as these exacerbate depression.
Regular rest. Do the same routine every night,
Exercise at least 30 mins a day even if it is just a brisk walk.
This will help to raise your endorphins  and enable you take less meds
Yes ther are meds that work. I have been on mine for 8 years and they are great .Not gonna stop taking thme.this is the longest I have ever been stable in my entire life.It didnt happen over night.
I have lost most of my initial weight gain I got from the zyprexa and I am continuing to loose more weight by following th plan I have laid out for you. It works.Be patient and give it time. Most meds take 4 -6 weeks to get their full impact going.
Dont give up and talk to your doc about trying something else.

Namaste,

You seem very frustrated that you haven't made progress with your condition despite taking a number of different medications.

Since you didn't state what your diagnois is and by the medications you described, I would think that you suffer from depression and possibly anxiety.

Unfortunately, there are no miracle cures. It takes time for medications to work and if they don't you may have to try another or a combination of medications.

It took me several years to find the proper mix of medications that control my symptoms for the most part and do not impart serious side effects, such as weight gain.

In the interim, while looking for the right medication or combination thereof, you may want to consider individual or group therapy which would at least give you an outlet for some of your concerns.

I don't know the answer to the miracle you're looking for, but I hope that you continue to try.

As a final comment, sometimes it takes the right doctor to find the answer.
