Dream like sypmtoms....

I had been depressed before during my senior year in high school, but the symptoms went away. It always happened for a whole week, two weeks before my period. Every month. I would sleep, I never put on makeup like i normally would, I was suicidal but never tried anything. I felt like i was in a dream like state as well and would not remember anything.

Now I just feel like i am in a dream like state, without any other symptoms do u know whats wrong with me? I use to drink heavily, but now i just drink one beer or nothing. I dont know if that has to do with anything or not. As far as my monthly cycle I am done with it for this month. What should I do?

The worst symptoms I my depression (when it is bad or my meds are not working) is that I also will feel like I am living in a dream state. It's hard to explain. Kind of like your floating in fog. In fact whith me it gets so bad that my vision will actually get foggy and skewed.
