Drug Interaction
My Doctor just gave me Cymbalta and I currently take .05 mg Lorazapam. Can I take both?
Cymbalta interaction
1) If you have any allergies then tell to your Doctor.
2) If you are taking MAO (Monoamine oxidase) inhibitor like Phenelzine, Tranylcypromine, Selegiline then inform your doctor. Also let your doctor know if you have stopped taking these MAO inhibitors in last 14 days.
3) If you are taking herbal products or nutritional supplements containing Tryptophan or St. John’s wort then inform to your doctor.
4) Also if you are taking alcohol or smoke then inform to your Doctor.

I was on it for over a year. While it worked well the side effects are hell getting off. I honestly would rather have depression /anxiety than take it again. Please read up on cymbalta before your body becomes dependant on it
