EMSAM experiences?

My doctor just started me on the EMSAM patch for depression and anxiety and I was wondering if anybody out there had been on this medication and could share their experiences with me?  EMSAM is an MAO inhibitor, like Nardil, but it is supposed to have less side effects.  It comes in the form of a patch that you wear for 24 hrs, almost like smokers do, when they are trying to quit smoking.  I have tried almost all of the SSRI's with no success, and some of the older tricyclics as well.

Hi.  I tried the Emsam patch.  Initially, I thought it was helping.  I thought I noticed an improvement.  However, over a bit of time, I felt it wasn't helping.  Remember, though, everyone is different.  Give it a try.  If it helps, great!  If not, there are MANY other antidepressants and antianxiety medications that can help.  I wish you the best of luck.  Keep me posted.
