Gosh, we all forget thi8ngs.  Don't worry.  I don't remember everything about books I've read before, or films I seen.  No big deal.

If it is affecting important areas of your life then I would worry.  If it is important, leave a note for yourself.  I do that.

I shouldn't think there is a medication that can help you remember.  Why not keep a journal (a diary) then you can write everything down  that you feel is important to remember.  You could write a journal on the computer, and add to it daily.  I think you will find that helps a lot with depression.  Quite theraputic.

Don't worry, you will make things worse.  I am glad you are taking your medication, that is the most important thing.

Ativan and it's action on the GABAb receptor will most likely to cause anterograde memory problems such as anterograde amnesia. This seems to be the case for you. Procyclidine is an anticholinergic drug this is also related to memory trouble. Zyprexa is an atypical antipsychotic with affinity to the GABAa recpetor which, like most antipsychotic, can cause memory problem and especially anterograde memory.

A wise thing to do would be to get on a nootropic regiment. You need to augment you choline intake due the the disruption in you cholinergic system cause by the anticholinergic drug you use. Personally I recommend Neurvana Pro (beta-phenytylamine (PEA) - http://www.neurvanaedge.com/neurvana-pro/neurvana-pro-120.html, piracetam, choline and alpha-GCP to take care of your memory and benefit from neuroprotective effects.

Please consult your physician before trying any new regiment.
