Feel like dieing help plz

My head hurts and my throat hurts when I try to swallow food. It's not a throat infection it feels like  a piece food is stuck in my throat. I just feel like not living from all my health problems and my stress at school can someone give me advice

Those are two of many symptoms I get when my depression and anxiety start to spiral downward. (not saying that just because you have those symptoms it means you have Major Depression or Bipolar.) Just saying I get the exact symptoms.

It kind of feels like a lump in your throat, but not like a sore throat that a cold or flu gives you. Hard to explain the sensation.

As for the head hurting. Oh yea I get that big time, but not like a headache. Rather it just kind of hurts as if my brain is going to throw up out of my forehead.

I know sounds weird, but to me thats what it feels like and it is beyond any level of physical pain.
