GI problem or Depression?

Hi, I am a 37 year old mother of 2 boys (7 and 11) and happily married for 13 years.  My problem started after 9/11.  I began having reflux related esophagitis and many other symptoms.  Visual problems/urinary retention and gastroparesis.  I have been worked up for EVERYTHING.  MS etc has been ruled out colonoscopy/endoscopy.  Brain/spine/abdominal MRI's and CT scan of the brain/pelvis and abd.  NOTHING is found to be wrong with me yet I feel terrible.  My MD's are considering an antidepressant.  Has anyone else been through this?
