Gallbladder removal & depression

Why permanent low norepinephrine & dopamine levels directly following gallbladder removal?  Even after 10 years, Wellbutrin XL 300 mgs works, but blocking my dopamine uptake, so using mucuna pruriens, this herb is working, able to recall my dreams and libito is up.  Also does the gallbladder have any relation to the production of the enzyme COMT?

Can I ask if you know your levels are low because Wellbutrin has worked for you? It does work mainly on those two transmitters. I take it you recently had surgery? Having any surgery can be an adjustment for your body and mind.
You might want to talk to your Dr about adding an herb to your meds. This can be dangerous.
I'm not sure about your gallbladder. I had depression before I had mine removed and after. I do know that you need to watch your diet. Eat little to no fatty or fried foods. Take care. Remar
