Geodon Withdrawal

I recently tapered down from an 80mg dose of Geodon to none within two weeks under the advice of a pdoc.  I have been completely off for 3 weeks, but have been experiencing lack of appetite (really bad in the morning) and wake up every morning at 4:00 a.m. no matter what time I go to bed.  Although the initial anxiety has subsided, the lack of appetite and insomnia do not seem to be getting better.  My question is how long should I expect these kinds of symtoms (symptoms)?  My doctor keeps telling me that the Geodon was long out of my system within two weeks.  I was only on this drug for one year.
