I'm suprised nobody else has said this, but it's clearly bipolar depression not just general depression. Bipolar depression manifests as both times of depressive lows and manic highs. I suggest a visit to a psychiatrist as there are several medications that can help with this.

maintain your daily routine , morning walk ,exercise for fitness. read different type of story which discipline you like most. . make more friends and try to get involves with them.
