If so how long did it last? Was it permanent?

I was on 45 mg of Remeron per day (the 'maximum' dose apparently) for 6 years beginning in 2001, and my memory was actually better while I was on it, making 4.0 semesters in college a thing I took for granted.  I figured it was due to having less general noise in my head from the depression/anxiety which the medication helped to clear up.

My memory has been getting a bit muddled as depression hit me again a few months ago, which made me think that was the case even more so.  I'd actually been thinking maybe I needed to go back onto Remeron after being off it for 2 years, just to ease the way through the current case of depression!
