Height of Diffidence

I am not able to look at the FACE of others and talk /interact with confidence and courage.I am not confident to deal with others. It affects my personal relations. While facing even my close company I have a feeling that they may not look at my face and speak as if they are trying to draw attention from others and considering me as a second grade individual.I AM NOT ABLE TO LOOK AT HIS /HER FACE BOLDLY when my eyes drift away from their face and I lose concentration .When I think they are not concerned about my presence I EVEN FEEL ANGRY AND DEJECTED. This feeling is strengthening in me and I AM GRADUALLY BECOMING INTROVERT.Now it has aggravated to a state where I cannot even face a small 1 year old boy too.My feeling is as  if when he sees another individual he ll be drawn towards that side while I am interacting with him leaving my presence neglected. My confidence is shattered.I am getting depressed.
Can you guide me

You sound like a shy person.

Were you shy as a child also?

Some people are just born more shy than others. Some are also born more outgoing. Both "types" can have their own plusses and minusses.

This is just my humble opinion, but I would contact a counselor and talk to them about your shyness. They may have good tips for you or an explanation for you that is hard to diagnose over the internet. Speaking to a conselor, one on one, should not be stressful for you sice most counselors are used to conversing with shy and outgoing people BOTH (ie : introverts, and extroverts).

Plz don't be afraid to talk to someone (ie:  a professional) . Give it a try.
