Help with Withdrawal

To All Who have been suffering like me!!

Withdrawals are caused by an excess on addrenalin equals palpitations, upset tummy, nausea.
Don't jump out of bed sit up slowly and quietly and sit on the edge of the bed for abit then sit on
the couch for 15 - 20 minutes or longer. Taking in slowly has really helped me control
the symptoms.
Also beta blockers help with the palpitations.
Would really like to talk to someone who is going through it and support one another!!

God Bless
Love
Lorraine xx

I would like to correct you on the withdrawal cause. First of all it is not quite clear what is causing all the symptoms but an important and proven factor from a neurobiological point of view is called an anticholinergic rebound. When you stop a antidepressant drug it is very likely to cause interruption of a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine (involved in memory and learning and other cognitive function as well widely used when a person is under stress, it's depletion cause a variety of symptoms).

To help with the withdrawals I highly suggest supplementing with choline & inositol along with fish oil and B vitamin complex.

Yes the anticholinergic rebound can cause excess of noradrenaline because norepinephrine is being widely produced in stress response.
