How can I amend this

How can I amend this

I am an Asian women who spent her life sacrificing everything for family and raising two children who are extremely well of in Wall Stree. I have a hard time accepting the lifestyle of my daughter who is 26, single and in New York. I feel that every value that I taught them have been flouted.  Recently we had a family get together for which I had asked my children to attend, but she chose to attend a friend's bachelorette party. We had an argument about this and in my anger I said that ' for your generation friends are more important than family'. She was angered and said that I judged her wrong and that she has had enough and couldn't take it anymore. She has stopped speaking to me or emailing me. I have apologized for what I said and explained that I was going through menopausal depression and generally been down and wasn't angry with her. But she continues to ignore my calls and emails. This is very painful to me since I have always felt like I lived for the children. I feel like I have done enough on my part - sent a couple emails apologizing and a couple calls. What should I do? Wait for her to calm down? Accept things are they are? keep trying?  I don't think I have the support of anyone else in my family - my husband or my mother or sister in this. I am depressed to the point it is affecting my daily life.
Thanks

I'm sorry for your pain. You say that you have sacificed everything for your children. Is it possible that you are still too closely tied to their lives. Your happiness may be too dependant on what your children are doing. Your daughter is still relatively young and living in a city with many distractions and temptations. She is experimenting and learning. Allow her to make her own mistakes without judging her. You have taught her your values, and as she matures she will likely return to those values. Back off just a bit. It is just important for you to be available for her and support her if she falls.
