How long does wellbutrin sr take to work

I was added on this on june 10th ..was taken off prozac then addded it back in..talked to dr yesterday he wants me to try to up the prozac to 80 mg..i tried before and made it to 50 and had effects he said i should have noticed something from the weelbutrin by now...and i could stop it,but i told him i was hoping it would help my sex drive so he said stay on it...im so frustrated the depression and anxiety is no better been on prozac since march..dr asked me what works for me and i said i dont know i have tried alot and my feat of meds stops me from taking aot of them long enough....i need something to work..he thinks i have ocd also and thats why he wants to get me to 80 mg prozac..im back on a small dose of adderall (adderrall) instead of the ritalin and im going in today to ask about estogen i had hystrectomy when i was 36 and used to take hormones and i wass bette but i will be 50 next month...so i dont know if they will help or not...anyone ever had sucess on prozac and welllbutrin sr together

Wellbutrin can take up to 4 weeks and sometimes more until you can see the full effects.

Adderall (adderrall) is supposed to help with sex drive but it's effects, unlike Wellbutrin, are immediate and by the time you go to bed it's effects are gone, little doses of Adderall (adderrall) don't help that much too. To have a significant boost in your libido it would need more Adderall (adderrall) and sex when the drug is at it's maximum effect which means 1-2 hours after taking it (by the way I'm not suggesting you do that at all)

Wait for the Wellbutrin to take full effect.
