Please discuss this with a doctor. Don't be ashamed to be like this. It is not your fault. Sounds like depression. Many people who have depression feel they want to end it. You must tell the doctor this. It does not mean they will lock you away in a mental hospital, it means he knows how you feel and can help.
You MUST tell doctor, you really MUST.
If it is depression, it is not easy to "snap out of it." You may need medication. As simple as that.
Keep in touch with us. Take action now before you feel worse. PLEASE.
Thanks for the suggestions. I took the test and got 10 out of 10.
I mean basically my major symptoms (if that's what they are) are, I am not sleeping and eating is forced! Plus I have this feeling like everyone around me would be better off without me! I hate living... I don't know that it is situational (like feeling like my whole world is crashing down one) or if my feeling this way brings about the situations! I am thinking about everything all the time, and its all bad. I do not know if it's depression or what it is.
I don't tell my dr this stuff because it's not anonymous and I worry if they found out about wanting to end it all, what would happen to me.
I am sure I'll either snap out of this or it'll end somehow. Thank you both for your comments!
Hi. Try this test.

I agree with Maddie44. Depression is quite complex and different for each individual.
Everyone gets 'depressed' at times and frequently for good reasons.
If depression, or whatever you are experiencing is interfering with your life then I suggest you ask your doctor for a referral to a psychiatrist of psychologist to talk over the issues you are concerned about.
It's a great sign that you recognize a possible problem and are taking early steps to resolve it.
No no blood test or scan that can diagnose depression. A doctor will diagnose on what you tell him. You say there is nothing medically wrong to cause you depression, but that is not how it works. You don't have to be physically ill to have depression.
I suggest you look on internet and read up on symptoms of depressio0n. Your doctor should have asked you questions, as mine does, and depending on your answers, he can get a good idea whether or not you are depressed.
Could you tell us here, what your symptoms are. Depression is not a simple feeling of being sad and low. It is much more complicated than that.
You should not be too embarrassed to ask a doctor. Depressio9n is a common illness, that they see every day. Ask to see a different doctor, and tell him how you are feeling.
There are plenty of people on this site who can help you, as we all have depression in some form or other.
Take care, and reply.
