I Have Unexplained Feelings I Cant Get Rid Of. HELP?

Lately for some reason i will be really happy and fine and then i jus become depressed. its getting quite regular within each month that i will be quiet keep my self to my self, feel alone, wont eat, feel like ive lost someone when i havent, feel like there is someone thats passed away and i need to connect to for guidence or something. my friends have noticed ive been acting really weird lately like ive changed but i dont see it myself. i tend to have mood swings at the moment too, i dont know how to control this or what to do about it, i seem like a right freak and dont know how to describe how i feel.  can smeonee help me please?

You need to speak to your parents about this so that they can get you the help you need.  You do have some symptoms of depression, but only a professional can determine this.  Talk to you parents about this and ask that they get you help, so that you can get your life back.  Take care....

i have spoke to my parents but they have said its because i am low on vitamins that i am not taking, but i havent eaten properly for 4 years now. do you think i should still see a professional? and thanks for the info :)

Yeah you should see a professional hun you should maybe speak to your parents and get one of them to take you to the docs, i am 24 and i get major mood swings and even if there is nothing wrong, someone told me on this website that doctors get paid alot of money to listen to you and any problems you may be experiencing. They are the best ones to help alongside your parents.
