I can't hold a conversation or socialise

At the moment I am 10 days into re-starting anti-depressant medication.  When I am well I can go into situations where I talk to people, but now I am afraid of going out because I have such jitters all the time.  I know if anyone talks to me I will start crying and make a fool of myself.  I cannot shop because standing in the line gives me panics.  I am isolating myself.

Hi, if shopping makes you feel panicky, and people do too. Could you start outings with something where you could possibly avoid both. Maybe just a short walk? Or as p527 suggested getting help, with a professional it is a safe environment, they should be trained not to judge.

Hi, Yea you are isolating yourself and it will get alot worse. It sounds like Social Anxiety Disorder, I have it and here I sit. Please try and get help now. I think we kind of get into a big rut. One thing leads to another and we are at home.
